I have been chatting with some members of different chapters of American Legion Riders. I just sent out some emails to some Chapters asking if they would check out this site. I just wanted to see if anyone on here is a member of American Legion Riders.

I just found out today that Post 582 in Copperas Cove Texas has a Chapter, so I am going to see about meeting some of them in person some day since they are only about 2 towns away.

I am the director of ALR Post 60 in Arlington TX. I retired from Ft Hood back in '94 and used to travel regularly there twice a month. Been awhile since I've been down there since I sold the old house in Copperas Cove. Thanks for the invite to the forum. Any communication is better than none.

there is also post 573 in heights and 223 in killeen... you should go on their social nights they are wednesdays and 582 is on tuesdays tell them turdel sent you. even if you go any other day normally there will be at least 1 or 2 hanging around. if you need directions hit me up.
