New guy

Hi all. Of course, I'm new here. Otherwise I wouldn't be posting this.
Just stumbled upon this site and after a quick look, I thought it was a good one to sign onto.
I'm retired Army and still work on a military installation. Wife is also retired and working on post.
Between us we've ridden:
1984 Honda 450E (me)
2005 HD Road Kind Custom (me)
2006 Yamaha Virago 250 (she)
2007 HD Sotail Custom (me, but now she rides it)
2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 (she)
2008 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 (she)
2009 HD Ultra Classic Electra Glide (me (current))

I've done one long distance ride (Alabama to Oregon and back), 3 Rolling Thunders, a few assorted cross state rides, and I've stopped tracking my miles.

Glad to be here and looking forward to another fun biker site.

Howdy, Blackcloud! Thank you for yer service! I spent awhile down your way in L.A. (lower Alabama) at Ft. Rucker watchin' choppers go up and then pickin' up tha' pieces when they fell back down (How tha' Hell they expect stuff to fly when it ain't got WINGS!?). Anyway, back in tha' cornfields of Illinois for me. =) Y'all take care and ride it like ya' stole it! =) Squirts
