    Happy Veterans Day,

Thanks to all who serve and have served. We have made a difference and changed the world forever. The world is a better place due to your dedication and sacrifices.

Remember, less than 1% of the population of the United States steps up to the plate and puts on a uniform. Br proud, you are special.

Attended tha' VFW Post Veteran's Day observance today. At 45 years old, I was the youngest member there (by far), and stood in awe as a dozen or so old geezers shuffled up to the post flag pole, some using canes and walkers to get there, snapped to, stood erect and rendered a hand salute as the post flag was lowered to half mast while TAPS played. God, bless these men and all who have served/ are serving. Respects

I look at being a Veteran differently. I think its a curse for the most part. So I won't say happy..but rather I'm glad your home. On this and all Veteran and all Days, Welcome Home Brothers and Sisters. God bless.
